A Sunny but fresh day greeted the two teams for the second week running. Dawlish were desperate to take something from this game after just loosing out in last weeks tense Cup encounter. But it was Moors who started the stronger, Dawlish finding themselves under constant pressure for most of the first half and it seemed inevitable that it was only a matter of time before Moors struck the first blow. 

It was Dawlish who had the first clear cut chance of the game, Jamie Middleton running on to a through ball that split the Moors defence wide open, Jamie just loosing his footing on this occasion and his shot easily saved by the Moors keeper. It looked like it was to be Moors' day again their first goal coming by way of a high in swinging corner, after a goal mouth scramble the ball falling to a Moors player who slotted past the Dawlish keeper Harvey Hannaford. 

From the restart Dawlish went straight on the attack, Man of the Match Sam Wright making a good run down the left with a pinpoint pass to Corie Cleave but was swiftly closed down and tidied by the Moors defence, this then subsequently lead to Moors second goal a long through ball found the Moors Striker one on one with the Dawlish keeper, Harvey blocking the first attempt but unable to keep out the second. 

The Dawlish lads never let their heads drop still hoping to take something from this game, and from the restart had most of the possession for the remainder of the half, only breaking down in the last quarter where Moors seemed strongest and to have all angles covered. Dawlish would have settled for 2 - 0 at half time but they were handed a bitter blow when Jacob Smith fouled in the area and the penalty awarded was driven low past Harvey Hannaford's outstretched arms who was unlucky not to save, the ball skimming his finger tips. 

The introduction of subs Jack Arnold, Cody Rackley and Luke Morgan brought a fresh approach and the first goal for Dawlish. Jack Arnold picking up a loose ball, for once poorly defended by the Moors defence, Jacks pass to the unmarked Sam Wright on the edge of the area, driven in low first time, the ricochet falling to Jamie Middleton whose low cross found Luke Morgan to tap in from close range. Dawlish still in high spirits, but Moors youth were making in hard for Dawlish to get any clear chances, Moors taking advantage of a good counter attack to find a way past the Dawlish defence making it 4-1. In the final minutes, Max Armitage's free kick found Corie Cleave who layed the ball off to Sam Wright to rifle straight into the back of the net, ending the match 4-2 to the visitors.

Alphington jets were 3 nil up within 7 minutes through olly johnson. Olly was quickest to respond when the twyford keeper saved well from tom o'shea. Olly's second came from a chip into the far corner and this was quickly followed by a mazy run and cool finish. With man of the match james davis always looking dangerous and olly johnson running the twyford defence ragged, the jets looked dominant. Sam jones had a good game for twyford in centre midfield. Charlie khan slid olly johnson in who pulled the ball back for jack bunclark to slide the ball home with a great left foot finish into the corner. Ben rooke, josh worthington and will bentley all had outstanding games for alphington. 

In the second half the hardworking olly baker deservedly scored when his 20 yarder bamboozled the in form twyford keeper.toby madden and charlie khan both had shots well blocked before olly b scored his second after a brave tackle cannoned off him into the net. Charlie hart and luke bradford both did well, with luke scoring the goal of the game when he unleashed from 25 yards, giving the keeper no chance. Neither top scorers charlie k or tom were on the scoresheet today, but keeper liam stamp showed alot of composure when he hammered the ball into the roof of the net after a good knock down from a corner much to the delight of his admirers on the sidelines. Both side tried to play football on a good surface.
